Joshua Journey Ministries

Tom's Bio Sketch

Tom and Cindy Sipling currently live in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and have been happily married for 24 years. They have two children Scott (19) and Brittany (16).

The Sipling's have been in ministry for the last 21 years as youth pastors. Tom has traveled speaking to youth leaders and youth both nationally and internationally.

Joshua Journey Ministries is the focus of their ministry efforts. Tom began to realize it was going to take more than church programs to reach a Post-Christian generation. The Holy Spirit gradually planted the seed for a generational awakening in Tom’s heart through his personal prayer and worship times. These experiences have created a passion to see a generation “cross the Jordan at flood stage” (Joshua 3:15). While the enemy is flooding a generation with more darkness than ever before, it is time to rise up in faith and cross over into the Promise Land. It is time to introduce a generation to the presence of God.

The Sipling's have a strong desire to see God touch the high school campus. The 30 Second Kneel Down was developed to reach the campus as a prayer/evangelism strategy, which increases prayer, puts prayer back IN school, and develops students of “No Reputation”. Tom and Cindy are calling 1,051,200 youth to kneel each day at their locker for 30 seconds of prayer. This is equivalent to one year's worth of prayer going up for the campus each day youth are at school. The goal is to reach 250,000 lost youth with the message of Jesus.
